Abstract
Objectives : to evaluate long term outcomes of post liver transplant biliary strictures patients versus without biliary strictures
Background: Liver transplantation (LT) is the widely endorsed method for treatment of several liver diseases Biliary complications are a significant source of morbidity after LT. Methods: This retrospective study was conducted on an 83 hospitalized post-liver transplant patients. These patients followed up pre and post transplantation, complications identified. ERCP, balloon dilatation, stent insertion done for biliary strictures and outcomes identified.

Conclusion: Higher incidence of morbidity and mortality in biliary strictures patients.
