Background: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a monoclonal disorder characterized by a progressive accumulation of functionally incompetent lymphocytes. CLL primarily affects elderly patients, for this reason, the incidence and prevalence of co-existing cardiovascular disease (CVD) is expected to be high in this population. Methods: A cases control study that was conducted on 60 persons (including cases and controls) of Hematology Unit of Menoufia University Hospital. Also, they divided into Group I included 30 patients with CLL and Group II included 30 healthy subjects of comparable age and sex. Full analysis of history detailed examination and primarily samples are taken during the period study from October 2021 to October 2022.
