In the article titled “Study of serum microRNA-21 and alpha-fetoprotein in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma secondary to viral hepatitis.”, published on pages 845-851, Issue 3, Volume 34 of Menoufia Medical Journal,[1] the Author sequence is incorrectly published as "Atef A Ali1, Sally M El-Hefnawy2, Ahmed A Teima1, David M Metry1". The correct sequence is "Atef A Ali1, Sally M El-Hefnawy2, David M Metry1, Ahmed A Teima1". The “How to cite this article” section should read correctly as “Ali AA, El-Hefnawy SM, Metry DM, Teima AA.
